SKT GTR

SKT GTR aims to give new life to old skateboards by using the decks to make guitars. It incorporates parts of the previous owner's personality by keeping and showcasing the stickers or drawings put on the underside of the deck.

The idea behind SKT GTR harkons back to the early modernist design movement concept of honesty of materials. It brings this idea into today as the materials it is honest about are re-used materials.

Clients brought their favorite skateboards to be remade into guitars. They enjoyed seeing new life breathed into their old equipment.
